JAELYNN SOWELLS

TNBA head coach Alex Richman told me that before I even saw Jaelynn Sowells play that she was a #D1Lock and to show I’m not petty because he looks better than me in his peach shorts, yeah he was right but what I’m watching DEVELOP in the organization in a short span of time is players progressing, that’s a good thing and folks, I type this over and over and it’s sad it goes over the heads of me about buying into BS so again, I see who is actually developing and who is taking credit for something is already there. Sowells is 6’2 and showing signs of dominating on both ends of the court, while Diara Gibbs handling the ball and pressure plus scoring for both of them on one of the PGH Texas Tip Sheets

Paige Rolls and Kylie Lou made another while Victoria Walton and Gi Gi Reddinger made one as well. Rolls’ ability to see the floor going full speed and making the on-the-money passes were just awesome and Lou’s ability to catch and finish many of them was equally good yet the upside on this squad has me excited. Walton is another talented sister that will play somewhere at the next level yet her BB-IQ is way ahead of her years, so is her poise under pressure. She will grow, get stronger and guess what, “all bets are off” as far as where she lands

Reddinger continues to elevate her game, I’m loving her figuring things out on the court, she’s defending stronger, understanding when to switch as well as going after the ball off the rim and with her size, she’s developing showing signs that are blinking yet let me not omit a couple of other players. Sophia Rousse and Em’ry Banks. Rousse continues to add to her game, I’ve caught her in the past and she understands something very important, “she plays within herself” while Banks is on the verge of “opening the vault” with her “never takes a play-off mindset” because you can’t teach DESIRE
