FRISCO, Texas- One more time, talent is everywhere, even without the hashtag and the Lady Hoopsters 2023 won the 2018 Prime Time Nationals playing up a year and this also is the third year in a row that they’ve done just that and to put mildly, they have several players that are locks for the next level at some level as well as some on the verge because they’re on the right path and smart basketball ply combined with skills and talent will always take you far. Lacy Steele made the Tip Sheet  but many other players stood out while others just made plays and played their roles to a tee

Amyah Sutton has good size, strong body and she finishes stronger, plus she can shoot it, mid to long range but attacking the basket came naturally for several of their players including Audrey Bain and Anjew l Murillo. Baylor Franz just sees the floor and threads the needle with ease, handles pressure and can score plus the heady play I’ve seen from Lunden Foreman and Jordyn Hoffman over the years sort of goes back to opening paragraph. Good size on this squad, Sofi Woodson is 6’0

Ava Farris plays larger than her listed 5’9, she’s long and can not only face the basket and score but put it on the floor and finish with contact and Ellie Papahronis is listed as 5’10 and brings so much to the table like she can rebound and go coast to coast for baskets , she dropped multiple threes in multiple games I saw her play in, she handles the ball under pressure and makes the right passes to the right people at the right time and this is just one of those squads that have a lot of the right pieces that fit and work well together
