Lady Gander Tip Off Bringing Heat To City

When you have a couple of the top squads from the Dallas area coming to town, you better be ready for whatever and that’s what’s up this weekend in Baytown as Summer Creek will probably face both Cedar Hill and then Desoto to win the title. It won’t be easy, Cedar Hill has some of the top players in Texas including Jadyn Atchison (Colorado) as well as one of the top sophomores Brooklyn King. Desoto has their Fab 4 freshmen and transfers Ma’ Riya Vincent as well as Vivian Franklin who are amongst the top players in Texas 2024 and 2025 classes respectively.

Jorynn Ross (Pepperdine) leads the way for Summer Creek who has a barrage of guards that apply pressure so if you can’t handle their press, and it’s coming at you, things will get ugly quickly. Transfer Zachara Perkins and freshman Kennedy Simpson join Ross as some of the top players in Texas’ 2023, 2024, and 2026 classes
