Cummings has La Porte ready to go down the stretch in 5A Region III District 18

Keely cummings will always be one of my favorites. She was in the 3rd or 4th grade doing the spider drill and I said “hey little girl, can you play” she looked up at e and said COME SEE. I wasn’t going because I had no roster but her confidence showed a #THROWBACK mentality so I made it for the beginning. First play of the game, she drops a 3, scored off the dribble for an and-one, and then threw a no-look in traffic for an assist, and she looked into the stands, our eyes met and THAT DID IT

Look, she’s UNSIGNED yet she’s a heady PG that JUST GETS IT, as far as running a team and controlling the tempo, I’m not a NOVICE at this, I’m a REAL EVALUATOR yet she’s also one of the best CLUTCH shooters in Texas, I have videos floating around on the GRAM but this young lady here helps make her team exciting and competitive
