2015 HoopAHolics Watch List

2015HOOPHALOCIS 105

I have an old saying that a lot of people just don’t get and “it’s not what you do, it’s who you do it against” and my I’ve also given it a new spin adding it’s also who you do it in front of. I’ve had a chance to coer basketball across the country and I’ve actually seen some of the best players in this century who have exclled both in college and professionally and I always tel people I know where the bar has been set. I also have a knack for noticing talented players at an early age, Sarah Andrews and Myra Gordon were 6th graders when I said they were going to be Mid to BCS college players, that was a done deal back then because they just sjhowed me the “it” factor and to be honest with you, the vast majority of the players that performed in this year’s HoopAHolics have a legitimate chance to play somewhere in college and believe me several blew me away after seeing them for the first time. I’m full of great advice, remember I’ve been there with my own daughter who happened to be both a high school and college all-american, win a National Championship and play in the WNBA so if  I tell you sometjhing, I actually know what I’m talking about as far as upside and progression among everything else. Don’t get caught up in hype or rankings, they’re meaningless unless you can do it on the floor but what I will say is that it was enjoyable watching many of these players for the very first time and equally enjoyable at seeing the ones I already knew about get better
