Big State Flava Seasoned To Perfection

The Big State Flava Jam was once again a complete success and based on over 200 college coaches that attended the event, to say they were pleased with the talent they saw would be an understatement based on the on the ones I spoke with.  DFW T-Jack defeated a very impressive Florida Essence team and this might have been a preview of what I can expect when I head to New Orleans for the Basketball on the Bayou Tournament later this month. 

Dominant teams from all across the country brought talented kids that I had never seen and it helped legitimize some of the spin I had been hearing. Texas is still loaded with talented players from very young ages like 2017 Breah Powell (DFW Elite)and 2018 Jasmine Smith (Triple D) who aren’t in high school yet but show a glimpse on what to look out for as those classes are loaded. I’ll be bringing you bits and pieces on the event, right now I’m in Louisville for the Adidas National Championships so stay tuned.
