The Prolific #TP3 True Texas Hoops 2026

I’m pretty sure I butchered most of these names yet blowing them up on the phone from a scoresheet picture does that sometimes but I know this squad has some talented players filled with potential, like McKenzie Napier and Landry Murphy and they definitely gave me a charge watching many of them take one but here were was my view on day 1, I’ll add something from THE GAME when I return to Houston, that game being them against the Lady Jets which was one of the best middle school games I’ve sees all year

Kinsey Morris– solid ballhandler, under pressure, understands how to create her shot and attack off the dribble. A heady player that plays within herself and understands how to get hers in the flow”

Hayden Claire Harding -heady and range was very deep which is scary at this stage but she also can take the defender off the dribble to finish and has good timing on defense to block shots

Madison McGhee -plays the passing lane well, I love that, and can handle the ball afterward to score yet she also scored in the set, off the dribble but she also did a good job defensively

Belle Ratliff– long and athletic, she has some very high upside because of her size, somewhere around the magic number of 6’0 and her range, she can drop the 3 but she also scored off the dribble and rebounded on both ends

Evan O’Steen – also long and athletic and also showing very high upside because she can handle the ball, that came in handy after she played the passing lane and went on to score yet she scores off the dribble as well and as a bonus, she has good court vision

Cassie Young – the ability to finish after contact always impresses me yet when you understand how to “create contact” that puts you into “an and one waiting to happen” category. She also handles the ball under pressure and sets the defender up nicely to attack
