December 29-30 Spring Creek BBQ Mansfield Invitational

To say I can’t wait for the end of next month would simply be an understatement as I’ll catch the final two days of this event and with several talented teams from across the state, I’ll definitely have my eyes wide open and speaking of eyes wide opened, Shadow Creek star Brooklin Brown was called one of the most underrated players in Texas over a year ago by yours truly and the talented combo guard has been putting up numbers galore including a 36 point outburst a few weeks ago as well as being named All-Tournament in both the Peggy Whitley Classic and the FBISD Tiournamnet but the UNSIGNED SENIOR will be more than ready to help lead her Sharks squad against some heavy hitters

Those heavy hitters include Plano East featuring one of the states top players, a young lady I called a #D1Lock in the 6th grade, Donovia Hall, no relation to Aresenio or Carnegie were my exact words but she would be a hit and the SMU signee has definitely been that and after they almost defeated defending UIL 6A State Champion Desoto, they last by 2 in the Lady Gander Invitational in Baytown, they’re probably the team to beat but click here for more information
