KATY, Texas- Cy Ranch has made it to the Regional finals, their first trip as they take on Clear Springs in what should be an exciting game to watch as the winner will represent Region 3 in San Antonio. Mustangs’ stars Arianna Whitfield and Deauzya Richards have simply been in a zone offensively over the past three games I’ve watched them while D’Asia Collins continues to show why I have her as one of the top ’18 PGs in Texas. Clear Springs counters with a “Big Three” of their own in Tasharian Robinson, Sierra Cheatham and Dymnond Gladney. Cheatham and Gladney were simply on fire last night while Robinson brought so much heat I didn’t realize it was cold outside

Both teams have a variety of other players who have stepped up, the Chargers Janay Redic continues to blossom while Mustangs Jala Buster and Shadiya Thomas both have been huge during the playoffs as they’ve helped change momentum. Speaking of changing momentum, Richards simply went completely off last night as she put on one of the best scoring exhibitions I’ve seen her put on, keep in mind I watched her drop over 40, close to 50, I don’t remember the exact number but it was in HS so I’m ready for some action and believe me this game is a toss-up, or is it?
