GPR UTR #PBRSuper64
I have useful algorithms and one that should stay with you is that over 95 % of players are Under The Radar, I don’t care what anyone else has told you, I always keep it real so what separates a player from over 10, 000 others that do the same thing, please remember Texas is a big state, the United States is even bigger and as colleges are going to other countries and continents……
Here are some UTR from PBR Super 64
2023
Tobi Admeuwagun-5’11 G/F (THS Team Spaz) another eye-opening performance that helped her add to her #D1 offers, over 10 but again, I said she was one of the most underrated players in Texas 3 years ago. Her mindset is “you won’t outwork me” and watching her explode off the ground for everything off the rim speaks volumes but so do her powerful finishes to go along with the mid to long-range
Aniyah Sanford- 5’4 PG (Houston United 832) the game starts at the 1, and she has started to grab next-level attention because #sizedontmatter when you can play. She understands how to control the tempo, she sees the floor and directs traffic yet her court vision gets her teammates good looks but watching her rebound over 6’0 players keeps my head spinning
Shalayne Morgan-5’7 SG (Houston United 832) her first step in the set is a problem for defenders because she finishes strongly after contact and uses good body control, but she also can handle the ball and go coast to coast after rebounding. She can drop the stop and pop in transition or create her jumper in the half-court and I’m talking mid to long-range
Macie Whitfield- 5’9 G/F (Houston United 832) continues to be the glue, needs a huge rebound or steal, she does it, plus she is also a defensive stopper yet she understands positioning and di a good job on the boards. Her mid-range jumper is consistent, she also scores off the dribble yet she understands how to get hers “in the flow”
Rebecca Meyer- 6’0 PF (Houston United 832) long and athletic with some impressive timing and by that, I mean to block, alter, and (or) deflect shots yet she’s scoring around the basket after contact, and just as important, she’s scoring off the dribble, with either hand. Her playing the passing lane was a bonus for me, o was her defense
Eryn Lloyd- 5’4 PG ( Houston United Bobby) another #sizedontmatterguard that runs the 1 effectively yet her efficiency goes through the roof because she is one of the toughest “on the ball” defenders from the Houston area and showed it at the event. Her seeing the floor coupled with being vocal on the court helps get her teammates in the right position, plus the jumper looks good
Avari Berry-5’6PG (AustinElite RFW) another standout performance as she showed 2very important things, she understands how to run a team and she also understands when to put her team on her back. Her ability to dazzle defenders with her ball-handling ad variety of moves enable her to get wherever she wants, whenever she wants and when you can drop the long ball as she can, it opens everything else up. Acrobatic finishes, court vision ad she defends “on the ball”
2024
Asia Waddell-5’9 G/F ( Texas Flight Elite 17U) watching her elevate her game each season has been a pleasure for me ad she’s gone from a decoy that initial sighting to showing she could be a defensive stopper. Fast forward to now, she is creating her shot nicely under pressure and elevating on her jumper to drop it, as well as scoring off the dribble
Ashna Tambe-5’7 PG ( Team Lex Prime 16U 3SSB) is another one of those “I told you so” players and when I caught her that initial sighting, it only took me a couple of minutes to know what I was looking at. She was clutch during the event, hitting huge shots as well as free throws to help her team win their division yet that jumper is hard to handle since she also scores off the dribble
Madison Martin- 5’6 PG (HG Elite 16U S40) one of the most explosive players off the dribble in her Texas class and watching her acrobatic finishes, many after contact, had me smiling. She saw the floor and hit teammates with blistering on the money passes, she also dropped the mid to long-range yet her pressure defense, baseline to baseline, was also impressive
2025
Abigail (Abby) Seitz- 5’7 SG ( Phoenix Platinum) watching her nose bleeding profusely had me worried and I thought she was done, wrong. She comes in and takes a charge, who does that, then comes up with a steal as well as a few rebounds, oh yeah, she dropped a couple of deep ones in between. A solid defender that also scores multiple ways, very good upside
