2028 Pass Tha Ball #Next100 Duncanville Tip Sheet

ADDIE SEAL

DUNCANVILLE, Texas– December of 2021 gave me an opportunity to catch some of the top middle school players from not only Texas but their respective states, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and New Mexico, and here are the 2028 standouts

Addie Seal (True Texas Hoops)- I have pull-up down so many times that it’s apparent she’s going to set some records because she’s going to be over “the magic number” which is 6’0 and college coaches love big guards that can shoot and since she can knock the mid to long down now, her future is very bright but she’s long and athletic, rebounds and handles the ball in the open court

Jordan Lewis (Pro Skills) court vision is beyond her years and when you factor in she throws passes on the money, with either hand, that in itself is going to raise next level eyebrows yet she definitely comprehends the game and already understands how to control the tempo but her ability to score by either dropping the jumper or attack off the dribble will keep the defenders honest

Brisia Crenshaw (New Mexico Zias) grabbed my attention been more than the previous weekend at The Prolific and a perfect example of why I say “put yourself in front of knowledgeable people as much as you can” and by that I mean me yet her KNOWLEDGE on the court is definitely going to take her places because she plays within herself and she’s poised and whether she’s giving the defender the HEZ in the open court or dropping the deep one from another zip code, she understands how to put the ball in the basket, she scores off the dribble also but “playing the passing lane” JUST DID IT

Charlie Garcia (SA Hoops Elite) I use this hashtag #sizedontmatter when you can play, she can definitely play, and with her upside coupled with her ability to handle the ball under pressure and BB-IQ in itself will make her a threat, well so is the fact that she can create her shot under pressure to either take the defender off the dribble or drop the pull-up

Makayla Clarke (Pro Skills) I often refer to “long and athletic” being the base and by that, it’s because I use that profile but more importantly so do college coaches, they offer scholarships, so let me drop her intangibles. She plays the passing lane and handles the ball in the open court afterward, she finishes after contact but she also creates her shot to attack in the set or drop the jumper but she rebounds, on both ends and has good timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots

Ady Everhart (New Mexico Zias) another standout from The Prolific that crossed many state lines to be here and be here she was was as her countless moves and fakes, yeah the HEZ included made me smile but not a much as her crossover yet those moves enabled her to set the defender up to blast by them and score off the dribble. The jumper is once, so is her “on the ball” defense but get this, she plays the passing lane and sees the floor

Aniyra Peoples (SA Hoops Elite) long and athletic was previously mentioned as the base so off the dribble, she used an explosive first step to attack the basket yet her body control at this stage is ahead of the game but she saw the floor well, this includes under pressure and made the right decisions as well as made tough passes look easy but she too has a nice crossover to go with a solid pull-up

Kyndall Smith (True Texas Hoops) why not finish with “long and athletic” and speaking of finishing, she closed the camp out with a tear. I loved her playing the passing lane early as well as rebounding on both ends but down the line, she kept showing something different like timing to block shots as well as handling the ball in the open court yet her defense was definitely smothering at times and that pull-up jumper is going to be hard to defend
