The Majors Hit Houston

If you want to promote Houston Girls’ Basketball, this is the week to do so because you will have some of the top teams from around the state doing battle right here in town. I break things down to try and make it interesting so last season I called these two tournaments, the Texas Invitational and the Fort Bend ISD Tournament, “MAJORS” simply because they had multiple ranked teams playing in both of them. I don’t know how well it caught on but it’s easy for me to remember and it’s catchy. I’ve broken down some of the match-ups to try and help as many fans know what’s up, where to be and of course who to see on my BLOG and remember November 18th is the official Girlz Prep Report girls basketball “CAN’T MISS DAY”.
