Cori Schnell goes over 2000 points
Cori Schnell impressed me the first time I actually saw her play, there was plenty of buzz going on about this player scoring over 30 in a game but this happens year after year and one of my favorite phrases is “it’s not what you do, it’s who you do it against” so I don’t get all big eyed when I see some of this stuff being tweeted or posted about players going off, it just doesn’t always mean anything
After seeing Schnell carry her Hoop Squad team down the stretch at Prime Time Nationals, scoring almost every way imaginable, I knew she definitely had something to work with and nothing changed as far as my opinion of her with both her Prince of Peace HS team nor her DFW Elite club squad and along the way countless college coaches agreed that this “Under The Radar” player definitely had what it took.
This has been a big month for Schnell, first she signed with West Point where she’ll continue her academic and athletic career and she went over the 2000 point plateaus with her POP HS squad.
