2026 Girlz Got Game Tip Sheet
Here are 20 from the 2026 class, always remember “it’s not where you start, it’s where you finish” and you can be HERE today at one spot and UNKNOWN at the blink of an eye so continue to work on weaknesses, play hard and play smart
CeMaria Kelly– she left a lasting impression the first time I saw her and watching her progression on the court tells me a lot about what’s coming. Her smothering defense creates turnovers which lead to baskets, she sets defenders up almost effortlessly to attack or take the jumper and she plays the passing lane, she’s long and athletic BTW
Keyaira Limuel-Washington-long and athletic is always good especially when you add things to it like understanding how to play the passing lane and attacking the rim yet she understands how to “switch” on defense by reading the play ahead of time and her on-ball defense stood out as well
Camden Shields-stood out immediately in 1 on 1 drill by showing she could create her shot and taker defender off the dribble, with either hand and watching her drop the pull-up jumper was nice as well
Summer Sodek-heady player, understands how to get hers in the flow, defended in the set and handled the ball in the open court not to leave out made some solid passes
Sabrina Sprangle– good size, finishes strong, this includes after contact and did a good job rebounding on both ends of the court. She also runs the floor, on both ends as well
Sarah Brown– she attacks and glides to the basket, that got me going, so did her crossover but she’s showing with just that right there, she will be hard to handle, oh she sees the floor as well
Zahra Hill– handled the ball well not only in the 1 on 1 drill but in the games and understanding how “not to get trapped” made me smile yet she also saw the floor, attacked the rim, and scored from outside
Grace Guzman– understands how to attack the rim, she showed that in the 1 on 1 drill as well as when to attack. She hit some jumpers and made some nice passes in traffic, good upside
Maddison Castillo-she did something I love seeing, followed her shot and when you get #THROWBACK stuff, that’s big, so was her going strong in the 1 on 1 drill, nice handles, and created her shot for the jumper yet she finished numerous times after contact
Mia Brandl– reacts well on both ends and does things instinctively, two major things that I love seeing and she attacked and finished, played solid defense, and has good upside
SaMiyah Bowers-long and athletic yet her strength and powerfulness inside the paint just stood out. She’s showing possible #BEASTLIKE signs right now because she scores with players hanging on her and she rebounds on both ends
Marissa Kawamura– did a good job creating her shot with a slight HEZ and a deceptive first step to mix it up and either attack the basket or drop the short jumper
Camden Stille-stood out in 1 on 1 drill by showing she could not only knock down shots with a hand in her face but could take the defender off the dribble
Kylie Trlicek-played smart and within herself, showed some “on ball” defense as well as understands how to create her shot while being pressured to either take the jumper or attack the basket
Abby Zigrossi-did a good job handling the ball under pressure, this includes in the open court however her ability to not only see the floor but make pinpoint passes definitely stood out
Jadesolo Oladipo– love her upside for a number of reasons, primarily because she gets it and she understands how to go after it, either rebounding or loose balls, she’s strong and showed she could finish after contact
Hope Richardson-strong finishes are always nice, after contact as well as under control yet not only does she do that, she also plays within herself and does a good job defensively
Tamia King– having a strong body is always a plus yet knowing how to use it is when you start adding things and I love d watching her battle, as well as finish, and that desire ties into her upside
Lily King– did a good job in the 1 on 1 drill, showed she could score either off the dribble or knock down shots yet she also defended well, this includes baseline to baseline
Jayden Hood-solid play on both ends, understands how to trap on defense, that’s big in itself and also showed she could score from the outside as well as attacking
