2018 PassThaBall #Super60 part 1
SYDNEY COLLEONI
LEWISVILLE, TEXAS- PassThaBall’s Super 60 had a variety of talented middle school on hand, some I’ve already labeled as not only next level players but D1 LOCKS and when you’ve been doing this as long as I have and truly know what to be looking for, trust me, I haven’t been wrong yet so I’ll break this down into 20 plus of the top performers, please check on my BLOG, story on Kimpson sisters, as well as social media outlets for even more from this truly impressive event and always remember “it’s not what you do, it’s who you do it against” and even more importantly “who actually sees you do it” Here’s part 1
KATELYN EVANS (fading) Avari Berry (defending)
2023
Peyton Freiermuth (Cy Fair Austin) no matter where I looked, I saw the young lady with red hair just making things happen. Good BB-IQ, knows how to create her shot and attacks from every angle on the court
Emery Black (SA Lady Hoops 2023) scores off the dribble or mid to long range but her uncanny ability to get to the basket is big, very big. Handles the ball under pressure and passes off the dribble plus she defends
Avari Berry (AD Elite) true #sizedontmatter guard cause she can flat out play. Thinks the game and lets it come to her or just goes completely off from everywhere. Makes passes through traffic or zig zags through traffic for baskets. Also can stretch defense with outside game
Brandi Jones (Drive Nation) attacks basket hard and finishes after the lick, very athletic and length enables her to deflect or get numerous steals playing passing lane. Midrange looks pretty good
Layla Conley (SA Lady Hoops 2023) long and athletic, once again that’s always a plus but the pluses keeping adding up as she can light it up from anywhere and once she gets going, she’s hard to contain. Explosive first step, good defender
Sydney Colleoni (Players First) right initials, trust me and she just laft a lasting impression. Attacks very strong and under control, finishes well with contact and can score consistently from the outside. On top of that, she creates well under pressure
Dalanna Carter (Nike Cy Fair) as a 4th grader, I said she a D1 Lock and she is well on her way. Explosive off the dribble, plays under control, makes teammates better and sometimes appears to be playing around the world as her range is unlimited
Zeryhia Lee-Aokuso (Amarillo Elite) when you can get yours in the flow or just take over a game, that stands out and with her frame, knowledge of the game and knack for getting to the basket, all are pluses and that mid to deep range is only icing on the cake
Aysia Proctor (SA Lady Hoops 2023) another player that fills up the stat sheet and is a double-double waiting to happen. Can score mid to long range, knows how to get by defenders easily and defends plus she just brings heat over and over
Aniyah Sanford (Texas Elite Lady Warriors) loving her progression, poised and handled ball under pressure, created for herself and teammates as she set them up for gimmes plus she showed the mid to long range
Emily Steele (Higher Goals) showed me even more this week than last as she keeps coming at you on both ends, dives for loose balls and understands how to take charges. Rebounds and scores inside/outside, runs the floor and threw blazing passes on the money
Ashley Sidman (Higher Goals) good size, thinks the game and makes things happen on both ends. She also sees the floor and can put the ball on the floor for baskets or just shoot it from mid long quite well
Arie Hunt-Lee (Players First) strong body and finisher, defends inside the paint on perimeter and what I really noticed time and time again was she battles, for everything and rebounded well on both ends of the floor
Ramsey Robledo (Players First) good length, nice stutter step to keep defenders guessing and her athleticism brings heat both ways but she finishes strong after contact and to truly keep defenses honest, she can shoot it from outside
Emon Allen (Ballin Is A Habbit) athletic and long is always a plus, especially at this stage but she showed nice moves inside as well as handling the ball C2C which also gives her an advantage on attacking the rim. On top of that, she sees the floor well
KENDAL ROBINSON
2024
Chloe Mann (Team Motivate) very athletic and knows and understands the importance of playing passing lanes. Handles ball under pressure and showed good range, mid to long and attacked the basket well
Jordan McIntosh (EBA) nice athleticism, stop and pop from everywhere and that pull-up creates some problems. It’s good to be able to shoot and it’s even better to be able to catch and shoot accurately, she does the latter well
Hannah Carr (HUB) just keeps adding stuff to impress me, she attacks basket relentlessly, yet under control and her strong frame makes her an “and one” waiting to happen. Nice pull-up and quick release, scores multiple ways
Kendal Robinson – all I could do was SMH at some of the things she’s doing right now. Never takes a play off, brings “it” on both ends, ultra-athletic, hangs in air defying gravity and her midrange is already devastating
Kennedy Evans (Cy Fair Elite) growth spurt and length have already made her more dangerous on the court. She shoots the long ball from NBA range and nails it, understands how to create, plays passing lane and scores well from angles
Kemah Shaw (AD Elite) very athletic, strong going to the basket and finishes strong as well. Love physicality, giving and taking, nice pull-up with defenders hanging on her plus she plays defense baseline to baseline
2025
Kaylinn Kemp (HUB) so young and so good right now, scary upside as she just thinks and plays the game years beyond her. Long and athletic, steals galore as she anticipates so well but she can score off the dribble and outside one of those, made a Tip Sheet the first time I saw her which was 3rd or 4th grade. Her poise and skill set told me a lot, her growth spurt tells me even more as she has D1 offensive package already wrapped up and is nowhere near done
Katelyn Evans (DC Queens 24/25 Black) one of those, made a Tip Sheet the first time I saw her which was 3rd or 4th grade. Her poise and skill set told me a lot, her growth spurt tells me even more as she has D1 offensive package already wrapped up and is nowhere near done
