2015 Prime Time Houston HS Grade Tip Sheet
BETHANY BROUSSARD
PRIME TIME, Texas- I decided to put the big girls on the main website because I saw some game changers and those Lady Chaos and Lady Dreamers Lake Charles, LA simply brought multiple teams and players I hadn’t seen before that are not only capable of playing at the next level but being impact players somewhere almost immediately. The same can be said for the talent I saw throughout the vent, remember my old hashtag #talentiseverywhere and I don’t a whole lot, but I know talent, well I actually do know a whole lot but enjoy the ten that stood out when I saw them and I appreciate those who submitted their rosters
2016
Aaliyah Davis-wing (Texas Inferno) long and athletic her ability, energy and timing alone is good enough for her to play at the next level. She can turn a game around from the defensive end, few can do that but don’t get it twisted, she can score if needed
YASMINE JOHNSON
2017
Kelsie Griffin-guard (Texas Inferno) I kept hearing burn baby burn watching this young lady play as Griffin simply is the type of player that keeps the heat going. She can score but loves to set teammates up for easy baskets and on top of that she can play defense
Bethany Broussard –guard (Lady Chaos) she’s long and athletic, wait ultra-athletic, and to top that off she scores on a variety of ways effortlessly. In the open court, you can almost forget about trying to defend her and her ability to play the passing lane gives her countless lay-ups
Brandi Williams –guard (Lady Chaos) strong and physical small guard that overpowers larger one sums it up, well not really because she goes hard on both ends and watching her elevate on that jumper, either mid or long range was special
Yasmine Johnson-guard (NC Flight) Johnson is a high energy guard that knows how to create her shot and attack off the dribble. She’s powerful to take a lick, loves to play defense and that quick release is something to see
Arianna Dargin-guard (TMF Lady Dreamers) vocal on the court, explosive on the court and can take over a game, on the court. She’s long and athletic and has the you can’t stop me mentality and her ability to get wherever she wants and create an array of shots was simply something to see
ARIANNA DARGIN & KELSEY GRIFFIN
2018
Skylar Patton-guard (NC Flight) I don’t know if she’s related to George but she’s definitely a floor general. Patton caught my eye a couple of years ago and the jump she has made didn’t show immediately but when she turned it on I was blown away. See’s floor and can take game over if needed
Whitney Goins-guard (TMF Lady Dreamers) what’s that old saying when the Goins get tough, go to Whitney? Well it should be because she can actually do some things on the offensive end you can’t teach. I liked her a lot when I thought she was a ’17 now I’m thinking BCS and I’m serious. She’s a big guard, athletic with speed, can shoot long ball or blow by defenders
2019
Khari Clark-post (Houston Skyrise) the improvement I see each week is mind boggling as she will enter high school as one of the best posts in the area. Now that I have your attention, her work ethic and desire is contagious and in a few years I can see me calling her unstoppable
Lily Meyers-guard ( Houston Skyrise) she’s long and tall and more importantly can shoot the midrange, college coaches love big guards that can do that and trust me she can. She hasn’t stopped growing on or off the court, you will be hearing about her a lot
